 dental practice sales team in 2024\, bringing with him 22 years of experie
 nce in the healthcare and dental industries.\n\nWith a recent focus as a s
 enior dental practice valuer\, Nick has delivered market-reflective valuat
 ions and successfully brought numerous practices to market. His deep exper
 tise extends beyond valuations to encompass the marketing and legal intric
 acies involved in practice sales.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nJames Connan BChD\, Dentis
 t and former Practice Owner\n\nJames Connan BChD is a dentist and former p
 ractice owner who graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012. After co
 mpleting foundation training in Wakefield\, James moved to Perth\, Austral
 ia\, where he spent three years delivering private dentistry within a larg
 e family-owned corporate group. He later relocated to London with the goal
  of owning his own practice\, purchasing Surbiton Dental Implant and Cosme
 tic Dentistry Centre in December 2018.\n\nAt the time of acquisition\, the
  practice operated three days per week with two surgeries and a small priv
 ate patient base. Over seven years\, James transformed the business into a
  four-surgery\, five-day-a-week practice through brand development\, full 
 refurbishment\, digital investment\, team leadership\, and a strong focus 
 on patient experience and sustainable growth. Following a successful sale 
 completed in January 2026\, James is now preparing for his next chapter in
  Northern Ireland. Outside of dentistry\, he enjoys time with family and f
 riends\, travelling\, sport\, and ongoing personal development.\n
