Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales (“HSDPS”) – Refer a friend scheme (“the Scheme”)
Definitions
Referrer – A person able and willing to refer a Referred Friend to HSDPS, in relation to practice sales services.
Referred Friend – A person or entity that owns a dental practice(s) and signs up to a sole agency agreement with HSDPS in relation to the sale of its dental practice(s).
Reward – £200 Amazon Voucher
Eligibility
- The Referrer will receive the Reward provided the Referred Friend signs sole agency terms in relation to its sale of its dental practice(s) with HSDPS .
- The Scheme is open to Referrers who are resident or have a business address in the UK. Over 18s only.
- The Referrer should be aware that Referred Friends may already be on HSDPS’s database and be receiving communications from us. For the referral to generate a Reward, at the time of the referral, the Referred Friend must not have had a valuation from HSDPS in the last year and or be engaged in an active sale process through HSDPS looking to sell its practice.
- There is no limit to the number of Referred Friends a Referrer can refer. The Reward will be paid for each successful referral according to these terms and conditions.
Notification and Data Protection
- Within 3 working days of the referral, HSDPS will contact the Referred Friend using the contact details provided by the Referrer. The Referrer confirms they have the consent of the Referred Friend to pass their contact details to HSDPS.
- HSDPS will only contact the Referred Friend in relation to selling their dental practice, unless the Referred Friend expressly agrees to additional marketing initiatives thereafter. Delivery
- Referrers will receive the Reward by email within 10 working days once the Referred Friend has signed sole agency terms to sell their dental practice with HSDPS.
- The Reward will be emailed from contact@hsdpracticesales.co.uk
Miscellaneous
- HSDPS reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time and to correct clerical omissions and errors in any of the text or pricing contained in this offer.
