With a wealth of experience, dating back to 2010, I specialise in dental practice sales and financial services, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, arranging practice finance loans and asset finance facilities for the purchase of Dental equipment and consumables. As the Business Manager at Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales and Financial Services for the UK and Ireland, I lead a dedicated team providing expert advice tailored to our clients' needs. We support practice owners in growing and selling their businesses and guide buyers through the acquisition process. Manjit is a M&A (Mergers & Acquisition) management expert with over 30 years’ experience within the dental profession. Manjit has worked across a range of settings including the NHS, private and cosmetic practices, and she now manages part of the Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales Team, supporting with Buyers & Sellers to complete Practice Sales from Marketing through to completing deals. Historically managed Business Development Programme at Portman. With a background in CQC management, Manjit has a wealth of experience in compliance and guides the Vendors skilfully through the acquisition process. Throughout my 17-year career at Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales, I transitioned from the recruitment to the estates team, where I have dedicated my time and expertise for the past 17 years. My focus has been on selling dental practices, and I have accumulated a wealth of experience in this field. I understand that selling a practice can be overwhelming for the sellers, and I strive to instill confidence in them through my extensive knowledge and experience. Over the years, my role has evolved significantly, and I now possess a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of a practice sale. Familiarity with the CQC process has proven beneficial for both buyers and sellers, and we maintain strong relationships with specialist dental solicitors and accountants.

Anna is a highly valued member of the Henry Schein Transitions team, serving as an experienced Transition Specialist. With a tenure of 7 years with our organisation, Anna brings a wealth of expertise in customer service to her role.
Her proactive "can-do" attitude and unwavering dedication to her clients distinguish her as a remarkable consultant and a driving force behind successful deals. Anna excels in negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring that funding is accessible, and adeptly navigating any obstacles to facilitate smooth transactions.
In addition to her proficiency in legal and due diligence processes, as well as CQC expertise, Anna serves as a broker, ensuring that buyers have optimal access to funding, thereby fostering a win-win situation for both parties.
Outside of work, Anna finds joy in walking her blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier and cherishing moments with her family, particularly her first grandchild.

Deanna possesses extensive expertise and experience in the Dental Practice Transitions field, having dedicated 5 years of her career at Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales. Deanna works along side buyers in discovering their ideal practice and provides assistance in securing financing for new ventures.
Additionally, Deanna ensures a seamless process for all parties involved by assisting sellers in the sale of their practices. Her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and passion for her role are evident.

Zoe has a wealth of experience in the dental industry and has been an integral part of Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales since 2015, where she has demonstrated her expertise in dental practice sales, financial consultancy, and CQC applications. With over 9 years of dedicated service in the field, Zoe's role involves dealing with the sale of dental practices from start to finish, liaising with the healthcare lenders to help buyers gain funding for their desired practice, and advising both sellers and buyers throughout the sale process to ensure a smooth and efficient outcome. In her spare time Zoe enjoys sunny holidays with her husband and son, and going for walks with her two dogs in the countryside, where she lives.

Natalie joined Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales in 2023, She has 20 years’ experience in the dental sector across diverse roles. Her current role as the Due Diligence Lead involves facilitating transactions, guiding clients through the meticulous Due Diligence process and overseeing the smooth progression of sales to completion. In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends, taking country walks with her dog and spending time with her husband.
