Our speakers

Alison Bates – Valuation Department Manager
Alison has 19 years’ experience within the healthcare acquisitions sector, working for both corporate and independent companies. Her expertise covers both the dental and pharmacy industries and includes business development, valuing, financial modelling, and transitions management.
Alison manages the team of valuers across the country, as well as continuing to meet Principal Dentists to assist them with their exit planning. Her knowledge of the sector enables her to provide useful market insight and advice tailored to each different business.

Darren McAuley – Previous Practice Owner
Darren qualified as a Dentist in 2008, working at independent practices across the Northwest before becoming a practice Principal in 2016. After selling his practice in 2022 to a corporate purchaser, Darren continues to work at the practice as an Associate.
