Maja Thompson
Maja has worked in the dental profession all of her career. Starting as a BTEC and BSc(Hons) qualified professional she built her career through a number of leading dental laboratories, joining the business of dentistry through Ivoclar Vivadent in 2001, as Technical Coordinator and Training Centre manager.
In 2004, Maja set up Bredent UK, a part owned dental supplied company. This business grew from scratch to a £2+M turnover and 20+ employees. During her time leading Bredent UK, Maja completed an MBA which helped guide the business growth and expansion, until her exit through a share sale in 2018. During this time, Maja also sat as the Fitness to Practise panellist at the GDC for 10 years.
After a couple of years with Portman Dental as an M&A manager, Maja joined the Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales team in 2020, leading it’s growth and development, alongside other business services offered by Henry Schein ie. Henry Schein Financial Services and Business Solutions.

Lee joined the Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales team in 2024 with 13 years’ working in the dental industry, initially as Corporate Sales Manager for Dental Buying Group before moving to Henry Schein Dental. As a Key Account Manager and then progressing to Multi-Practice Business Manager, Lee was responsible for managing and growing Henry Schein’s small to mid-sized dental groups. In 2023 Lee spent 18 months at Agilio Software as Head of Sales and then Commercial Director growing the independent and corporate business.
His experience working specifically in the corporate and high value practice space enables Lee to focus on building relationships with our key accounts and small to mid-sized groups helping bring their businesses to market and seeing the sales process through to completion.
Outside of work, Lee is a keen runner having run the Berlin Marathon and is now training for the Great North Run.

With a recent focus as a Senior Dental Practice Valuer, Nick has delivered market-reflective valuations and successfully brought numerous practices to market. His deep expertise extends beyond valuations to encompass the marketing and legal intricacies involved in practice sales.
Before transitioning to valuations, Nick made a significant impact in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Portfolio Management within a global dental corporation. He played an integral role in expanding the company's portfolio from around 44 practices to approximately 465 during his tenure. Nick has excelled in various roles, including Area and Regional Manager, Operations Expert, and Sales Leader, showcasing his versatility and strategic acumen.
Now, as a key member of the Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales team, Nick leverages his wealth of experience to help clients successfully achieve their dental practice sale objectives.

How long will it take to sell my dental practice?
